Well, Wolverines 2603 Mens 8-inch CarbonMax Guardian Waterproof Boots dont come with wings. Theyre only soft on the inside, and instead of keeping you out of harms way theyll let you stomp your way through it without risking your safety or comfort. These are Working Man guardians rough and tough angels for your feet. The Wolverine 2603s feature a waterproof Full-Grain leather upper, which locks out moisture and keeps the rough spots in your day from wearing down your boots. The midsole is packed with compression-molded EVA foam, which absorbs the shock of hard-floor impact. The nylon shank supports your arches to keep your feet from getting tired. The rubber outsole is oil- and slip-resistant to keep a littered work floor from breaking your Working Man stride. All these great features are wrapped in powerful Electrical Hazard protection and are punctuated with a CarbonMax ASTM F2413-05 M I/75 C/75 steel toe. Translation: superior safety. Your feet will stay dry and comfortable with the insulating technology of 400g. Thinsulate protection, which keeps water out, but allows sweat to escape. These boots are insulated with 400 grams of Thinsulate Ultra for added warmth. Thinsulate Ultra Insulation provides warmth without bulk, and will not compress, lose efficiency or trap perspiration. The removable double density footbed gives you cushioning and stability with every step you take. It weighs one third as much as rubber, yet absorbs four times the force of each step giving you more energy and less fatigue-even while doing exhausting work like cutting trees and stacking wood. The durable yet lightweight midsole adds even more cushioning.
